Walnut Estates (22nd and Walnut): Stately townhomes in the very heart of Philadelphia were completed in 2016. The work involved various ACM panels (4mm thick with a Fire-rated core, colours matched to window frames), Resysta plastic siding in a custom colour, copings and a unique custom-designed metal panel system over the car ports/under the decks that acts as roof but looks like soffit and utilizes build-in gutters.
